This Happy Family welcomed their new baby, Joanna Therese, on July 9th! This picture was taken just a couple of hours after the birth. I love the giant smiles on all of the older children's faces. Daniel, Rachel, Aaron, and David were practically climbing over each other to get their hands on their new baby sister! Rachel was most thrilled of all about not being the only girl anymore!
Joanna weighed so close to 10 pounds, at 9 pounds, 15 ounces, that I told mom and dad we could call her 10 pounds, but they wouldn't let me, honest as they are!!
